IMPACT
Reflective Praxis Consulting has helped LABBN’s community partners meet each moment of unthinkable surges, lockdowns, racial violence, protests, political chaos, grief and loss. Leveraging the transformational tools of reflective practice, supervision, and leadership, we continue to create brave spaces, engage remote staff, and unleash wisdom through liberating structures. The ripple effect of reflection at every level of an organization is that it generates better outcomes for the community served. Ultimately, families win. The next generation wins.
