We employed in-person and virtual facilitation strategies to liberate authentic conversation, welcome divergent viewpoints, and spotlight commitments to racial equity.

We slow-dripped a flexible menu of professional development, 1:1 coaching, and team consultation to advance equity-informed reflective practice and supervision during a strenuous period of Covid and racial challenges.

MAMA’s leadership team of women of color utilized reflective practice to shift workplace culture through building trust, interpersonal communication skills, and team collaboration—while developing foundational reflective supervision skills.
